Duke Mieszko of Poland gives the Cistercian abbey of Ląd, his own foundation, at the request of Abbot Bertold, the estate of "parvum Vronchin", today Wrąbczynek, with salt, lakes, fishing and hunting, free of all the rights of Poland, to be held by hereditary right. Gniezno, 31 August 1173. Kodeks Dyplomatyczny Wielkopolski I, no. 20, from the original held by the Princes Czartoryski; the editors judge its script to be of the first half of the thirteenth century.

  3. Pergam. orygin. Brzeg dolny założony okazuje 4 dziurki od przywieszenia pieczęci, w jednej z nich nitki żółtego jedwabiu. Pismo zdaje się z pierwszej połowy XIII wieku. Pieczęć znikła.

Igitur ego Mesico Dei gracia dux Polonie notum facio tam presentibus quam futuris, quod favorem et graciam quam gero specialiter ad fratres Ordinis Cisterciensis domus Lendensis nostre fundacionis intendens ampliare ut eo melius valeant persistere in divini nominis famulatu, ad peticionem pii patris domini Bertoldi abbatis eiusdem monasterii suique devoti Conventus donavi hereditatem nostram dictam parvum Vronchin eisdem, cum sale, lacubus, piscacione ac venacione, aliisque usibus in presenciarum in ibi existentibus et in posterum accrescentibus, ab omnibus iuribus Polonie absolutam quibuscunque censeantur nominibus, iure hereditario possidendam. Huius rei testes sunt: Iarostius palatinus Kalisiensis, Bronis castellanus Gneznensis, Odollanus pincerna, Ilicus capellanus, et quam plures alii fide digni. Datum in Gnezna anno Domini millesimo centesimo septuagesimo tercio, pridie Kalendas Septembris, Indictione sexta. Ut autem hec rata et firma permaneant, presentem cedulam sigilli nostri appensione fecimus communiri.
